Angel of Hope Project

Progress

After many months of trying to locate the right land site to erect the Angel we have been fortunate to have had a parcel of land donated to us to house the Angel. The Carroll County Board of Commissioners has graciously designated a parcel of land for us to erect the Angel and the surrounding memorial gardens. The land site will be part of the new South Carroll Senior and Community Center located on Mineral Hill Road in Sykesville, Maryland. The project is currently in the very preliminary stages, however as the county moves forward with its plans, our architect will begin to become more involved and begin a preliminary design for the memorial gardens.

The proposed groundbreaking for the new center is Fall of 2007.
